Every person who works on a Chrysalis Flight or Journey, whether youth or adult, male or female, background or talk room, is asked to prayerfully agree to the following Team Covenant.

The purpose of this Covenant is to remind us who we are to serve as we conduct each Flight or Journey. It is intended to bring us closer to our Lord Jesus Christ as we share God's abundant Love with each Caterpillar.

As a team member of Puget Sound Chrysalis, I understand and agree to the following:

1. I am here as a servant to the caterpillars and for God.

2. I agree to work in partnership, cooperation and willingness with all other team members, youth and adult.

3. I agree to be on time, participate in all activities and team meetings, and commit myself for the whole weekend, in prayer, service and presence.

4. I understand this is not my Chrysalis or Emmaus weekend, but that I am here to serve and facilitate a positive weekend for the caterpillars.

5. As a member of the background team, I understand that my place is in the background, in community with my fellow background team members.

6. As a member of the cocoon team, I understand that my place is with the caterpillars and will spend as much time as possible in community with them and my fellow cocoon team members. I will make every effort to seek out and befriend any caterpillars that may feel out of place or left out.

7. I agree to complete my agape before the weekend.

8. I agree to treat myself as a Child of God during this weekend. I will take care of myself physically and seek spiritual or emotional help when needed. I agree to not violate any Washington State laws.

9. I agree to treat all others involved in this weekend as Children of God and will give them the respect they deserve.

10. I understand that breaking any of this convenant will jeopardize my chance to serve future Chrysalis weekends.
